About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil & Structural Works Auditor / Design Review Specialist to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of structural, concrete, and finishing works on-site. This role is critical in maintaining project standards and timelines across all civil and structural elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit structural, concrete, and finishing works during site execution.
- Monitor compliance with relevant codes, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct technical and quality reviews of civil, structural, and finishing elements during both design and site phases.
- Collaborate with developers and consultants to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Lead design consultants in technical and quality reviews, either in a design or site supervision role.
Requirements
- Strong experience in civil and structural auditing and site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction codes, quality benchmarks, and project scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage technical reviews across design and execution phases.
- Experience working with design teams and consultants on large-scale projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in residential high-rise, master development communities, or luxury hospitality projects
- Familiarity with local and international construction standards and practices.
