Madar announces its need to hire a sales engineer for cladding and aluminium systems, based on the following points
Main duties: Marketing and selling cladding panels, glass facades, aluminium and metal systems.
Stagnation management: Developing innovative strategies to convert stagnant products into successful sales opportunities.
Relationship development: Building a strong network of customer relationships and providing technical solutions that meet project needs.
Analysis and follow-up: Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and analysing competitors movements in the market.
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably architectural or civil engineering).
Required experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales of cladding, facades, or structural metal products.
Personal skills: Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, and ability to work under pressure.
