Summary
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. As an HVAC Specialist, you will assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department, supporting all other operating departments. Your role will involve maintaining optimal HVAC conditions, addressing technical issues promptly, and ensuring overall operational excellence.
Qualifications
Ideally, the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Knowledge in preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable. Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics will be an advantage.
