Job Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: Yearly Renewable
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PAM Engineer to manage and support the BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The role is responsible for ensuring secure onboarding of assets, maintaining system availability, managing password vaults, and supporting privileged access governance in line with security best practices and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain BeyondTrust PAM (Password Safe, PRA, EPM).
- Manage asset onboarding, credential vaulting, and privileged session controls across Windows, Linux, and database environments.
- Ensure high availability, patch management, and operational uptime of the PAM platform.
- Design and maintain secure password vaults aligned with security policies.
- Support access reviews, reporting, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA CSF, NCA ECC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues in coordination with IT and Security teams.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and on-call support as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 35 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IAM, or Cybersecurity with PAM focus.
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust solutions.
- Strong understanding of AD, network protocols, and identity integrations.
- Experience in patch and change management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- BeyondTrust Certified Engineer or equivalent PAM certification (mandatory).
- Banking/financial sector experience is an advantage.
This role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to operate independently, including off-hours support when needed.
