KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management

u2022 Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section

in line with the Company Performance framework.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

u2022 Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational

processes.

u2022 Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in

line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the

function.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability

u2022 Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability

guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC HSE Standards.

Reports

u2022 Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

u2022 Bachelor Degree in engineering.

u2022 6 years of experience in engineering multi-disciplinary functions for the design of the assets and

facilities, exposure to preparation of Front End Engineering and Design packages.

u2022 Knowledge of gas extraction and processing plant operations, production engineering principles and

project management.

u2022 Good engineering concepts and FEED experience.

u2022 Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations relevant to project engineering.

u2022 Knowledge of HSE principles and their application relevant to Oil & Gas industry.

Professional Certifications

u2022 Professional qualification in Project Management e.g. PMP.
