Engineer /Senior Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in engineering design and project management. You will be responsible for developing innovative solutions and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions for projects
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Perform testing and validation of prototypes and products
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers
• Prepare documentation including design specifications and reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and presentations to stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Knowledge of programming languages (C++, Python, etc.) is a plus
