Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, and facilities management. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, supervising maintenance staff, developing maintenance schedules, and managing spare parts and equipment inventories. The Manager will ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards, and liaise with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Expertise in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Proven Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance team effectively
• Thorough understanding of building systems and engineering practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in building operations or a facilities management environment
