Double Vision Company Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead SEC High Voltage transmission Underground and Infrastructure Projects in Riyadh.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in SEC Underground & Infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing SEC High Voltage / Underground cable and infrastructure works
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) approval
- Strong knowledge of SEC standards, specifications, and construction practices
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management and supervision of underground and infrastructure construction works, including duct banks, cable trenches, foundations, chambers, road crossings (HDD/Open Cut), and associated civil works
- Plan, coordinate, and control site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, schedules, and SEC requirements
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project targets for time, cost, quality, and safety
- Coordinate closely with Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction progress and support daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting
- Review and support invoice preparation, work measurement, and certification in coordination with commercial and planning teams
- Ensure effective implementation of quality control and HSE procedures at site
- Liaise with SEC, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and site coordination
- Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support management in variation orders, claims, and recovery plans
- Ensure proper documentation, as-built records, and smooth project handover
