The Engineering Inspection Supervisor is responsible for supervising engineering inspection activities, ensuring that projects comply with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of engineering inspectors to ensure effective monitoring of project activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
- Review inspection reports and ensure proper documentation of findings and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations, risks, or non-conformities.
- Support quality assurance and quality control processes on-site.
- Prepare periodic reports on inspection activities and project status.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering inspection, construction supervision, or related roles.
- Experience in team management and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
