As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and bridge the gap between complex logistics and cutting-edge AI.

- Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape (Shopify, CX platforms, and Storefronts) and how they integrate with logistics.
- Someone who understands how to practically implement AI solutions to solve real-world problems in CX and operations.
- You don't just manage tasks; you mentor engineers, foster a culture of extreme ownership, and maintain a high bar for excellence.
- You look 36 months ahead to anticipate architectural bottlenecks before they happen.
What You'll Do
- Manage a cross-functional team of Full Stack engineers, providing technical guidance and career mentorship.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience (CX) and automate logistics decision-making.
- Oversee the development of deep integrations with Shopify, Woo-Commerce, and other major eCommerce platforms.
- Partner with Product and Design to define the what and how, ensuring we ship high-impact features at startup speed.
- Set the standard for system design, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure a resilient, scalable infrastructure.
- Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team velocity to meet company milestones.
Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- ECommerce Domain Expertise: Proven experience working with Shopify APIs, store solutions, and the broader merchant ecosystem.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Professional experience (or a very strong functional understanding) of implementing AI/LLMs to improve CX or business workflows.
- Tech Stack: Strong foundations in our stack (Node.js/NestJS, React/Next.js, MongoDB) to effectively conduct architectural reviews.
- Agile Leadership: Expert in running Scrums, managing sprints, and using data to improve team performance.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in Fintech or Logistics-tech; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
