Lead the architectural design strategy and vision across multiple major projects.
Oversee the full design lifecycle, including concept development, schematic design, detailed design, and IFC documentation
Establish and implement design governance frameworks, review procedures, and quality control standards.
Ensure effective coordination between architecture, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and faade disciplines.
Manage and review deliverables from internal teams and external consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards.
Lead value engineering and technical coordination to ensure buildability and cost alignment.
Represent the architectural function in client meetings, consultant coordination, and authority. approvals
Build, mentor, and develop the architectural design team while enhancing internal workflows and performance standards.
Requirements
15+ years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proven leadership experience managing large-scale developments such as mixed-use, high-rise, hospitality, or major urban projects.
Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination and consultant management.
Experience working within international design standards and regulatory frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience with BIM environments and modern digital design tools is preferred.
