Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Preparing the annual plans for the engineering department.
• Preparing the annual budgets of the engineering department, which are planned to be implemented during the year.
• Preparing estimated budgets for each project and making the necessary analyzes for approval.
• Contribute to the preparation of feasibility studies for all work related to construction and development projects.
• Coordination and communication with contracting companies to obtain offers and tenders for the implementation of the company's projects.
• Selecting and approving the offers of companies executing projects and comparing them according to the system adopted by the company.
• Reviewing and auditing all engineering plans for the company's projects.
• Supervision and follow-up of all technical works, designs and engineering plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering .
• Master's degree in engineering management Preferred.
• Experience not less than 10 years (preferred in manufacturing & FMCG industry ).
• Leadership and Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Able to prepare a work plan and meet deadlines on time.
