ENGINEERING MANAGER

NOTE : This role will be based in Saudi Arabia but will require initial assignment in the United Arab Emirates. Please apply only if you are in agreement to the mentioned work assignments.

Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager with a strong background in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed design for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the oil and gas sector We're looking for a strategic leader to drive engineering excellence and innovation across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Your Role

As a Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage engineering teams through FEED and detailed design phases of oil & gas EPC projects.
• Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across disciplines.
• Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance and risk mitigation throughout the design lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in oil and gas EPC projects
• Education: Bachelor's Degree Engineering
• Expertise: Static and Rotating Equipment, Telecom, Electrical, Material and Corrosion
