Engineering Manager

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Engineering Manager based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Engineering Manager will oversee and guide engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects. Key responsibilities include leading and managing engineering teams, overseeing software development processes, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless system integration. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and technical requirements.

• Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
• Hands-on experience in Software Development with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time
• Knowledge and experience in System Integration processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within teams
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
• Experience in managing diverse teams across different time zones is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
