Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Product Manager based in Kolkata. The Product Manager will oversee product planning, development, and strategy while ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing product features, gathering user feedback, and monitoring product performance. The role demands working closely with stakeholders to understand market needs, creating product roadmaps, and driving initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Management, Strategy Development, and Roadmap Planning skills
• Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Customer Insights Gathering
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Project Management, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Excellent Communication, Prioritization, and Decision-Making skills
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and KPIs to monitor product performance
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in media or startup ecosystem domains is a plus
