Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an Engineering Specialist. The Engineering Specialist will be responsible for working on engineering projects, contributing to the development and implementation of manufacturing systems, applying analytical thinking to problem solve effectively, and ensuring that mechanical engineering solutions meet company standards. They will also manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and an ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively
• Analytical skills to evaluate problems, propose solutions, and optimize processes
• Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects
• Expertise in manufacturing engineering and mechanical engineering principles
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and meet project deadlines
• Experience in PropTech or similar industries is a plus
