At Zulal Wellness Resort, we are seeking a skilled and service-driven Engineering- Kitchen & Laundry Supervisor who takes pride in supporting seamless operations behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance and repair of all kitchens, laundry, and refrigeration equipment.
- Manage equipment records, manuals, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure the LPG (gas) supply system operates 24/7.
- Support and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance in all technical operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree, Diploma, or Trade certification in mechanical, electrical, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a similar technician role, preferably within the Gulf region; a background in luxury hotels is an added advantage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documents.
