Job Description

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities related to assigned accounts, as well as managing the local team dedicated to these accounts. This includes preparing proposals for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Services, handling work order execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves coordinating internal and external resources, offering first-line support for logged issues, and continually striving to improve team efficiency and productivity. In addition, the position involves managing key client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee AMC operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance across multiple accounts.
  • Supervise and guide field teams in performing preventive and reactive maintenance.
  • Conduct client meetings, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage RFQs, RFIs, and ITTs, ensuring accurate technical and commercial submissions.
  • Coordinate procurement, quotation preparation, and techno-commercial activities.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Arabic speaking is mandatory.
  • 57 years of relevant experience in service delivery or maintenance management for electronic security systems.

Desired Technical & Operational Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with IP CCTV, Access Control Systems, Video Analytics, ANPR, and VMS platforms (e.g., Genetec, Milestone).
  • In-depth knowledge of AMC management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and maintenance scheduling (PPM/reactive).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in procurement coordination, resource management, scheduling and planning, quotation management, and techno-commercial operations
