Engineering Technical Lead

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Technical Engineer to join our team on a high-profile EPC oil and gas project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, FEED, project management, and interface coordination, with the ability to support engineering deliverables and ensure smooth execution across all project phases.

Your Role

As a LeadTechnical Engineer, you will:

• Review and manage engineering deliverables during FEED and detailed design stages.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical alignment.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Manage technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Facilitate interface coordination between disciplines and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings, resolve design issues, and support construction teams.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Must have 15 years of extensive experience in oil and gas EPC industry preferably in the GCC region.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, HVAC)

Expertise

• Strong knowledge of FEED, detailed design, and construction workflows.
• Experience in interface management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
