Role Description

The English Back Office Agent (Voice/Non-Voice) will be responsible for effectively managing customer inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer concerns via phone, email, or other platforms, updating internal systems with customer information, and assisting in resolving service-related issues. The agent will also collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Proficiency in customer service techniques and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Basic proficiency in office-related software and familiarity with data management systems
  • Problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering optimal customer experiences
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role in customer service or back-office processes is a plus
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications or certifications in customer service are an advantage
