Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The English Telesales Agent will engage with customers in a professional and effective manner to promote products and services, drive sales, and achieve performance targets. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The agent will also be responsible for documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluency in English and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Proven Sales skills and experience in achieving and exceeding targets in a telesales or similar role.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from practical Training sessions to enhance job performance.
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in telesales or BPO is an advantage.
