Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Call Center Agent located in New Cairo. The Call Center Agent will handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, following up on customer concerns, and maintaining professionalism in interactions. The agent will also document interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
