Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, offering a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. As an English Call Center representative (C1 Speaker) at Aura Communication, you will provide outstanding customer service, handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with inquiries, and resolve customer issues. Additional responsibilities may include providing technical support, ensuring accurate communication, and contributing to improving customer relationship management processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and a customer-centric approach
- Skills in English Teaching, Communication, and Training
- Proficient in Translation or multilingual communication (preferred but not mandatory)
- Problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Prior experience in a call center or BPO environment is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are a plus
