The Role
We are looking for fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, provide effective solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
This position requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
The role also includes upselling incentives of up to $60 per sale.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
English level: B2 or above (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work rotational shifts
No prior experience required full training is provided

What We Offer
Net salary: 18,000 EGP (including KPIs)
Upselling incentives: up to $60 per sale
Overnight allowance: 90 EGP per hour for shifts starting from 6:00 PM
Overtime pay: $5 per hour
Transportation provided across Cairo and Giza
Door-to-door transportation for females after 11:00 PM
