Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Chat Advisor, based in Qesm Heliopolis. The English Chat Advisor will handle real-time chat communications with customers, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include documenting customer interactions, identifying recurring issues, collaborating with team members to resolve complex problems, and maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications
  • Strong written communication skills in English, including grammar, spelling, and tone adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Proficiency with chat tools, CRM systems, and general computer applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address and resolve customer concerns
  • Previous experience in customer support or communication-based roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or customer service are a benefit
