Role Description
We are seeking a full-time English Chat Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our platform users for live streaming services. The role involves responding to user queries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience, and maintaining service standards. This is an on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, where you will work closely with a dynamic team to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support to address user inquiries effectively.
- Proven experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience.
- Ability to manage and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in live chat customer support systems is a plus.
- Capability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, with a problem-solving mindset and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service is preferred.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
