Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Cairo. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely and accurate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to enhance it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Problem-solving abilities and efficiency in handling multiple inquiries
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems
