Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent, located in Cairo, Egypt. The English Customer Service Agent will provide high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will interact with customers via email, phone, or chat, maintain accurate records of all interactions, and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. A key aspect of this role is to meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Experience management and delivering excellent service
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
