Role Description
The English Customer Service - C1 Level position is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing top-tier customer service for clients, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication channels. Daily tasks include handling customer calls, emails, and chats in English, guiding clients to appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Collaboration with internal teams to consistently improve service delivery is also integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficient English communication skills with a C1-level proficiency and outstanding verbal and written abilities.
- Customer Service experience with a strong focus on client care, problem-solving skills, and rapport building.
- Demonstrated skills in Translation and English language support functions.
- Experience in English Teaching or Training is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Cairo, Egypt.
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
