Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (English) based in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will respond to customer inquiries, address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes answering queries via phone, email, or chat, logging interactions, and providing follow-ups when necessary. Additionally, the representative will maintain product or service knowledge to give accurate information and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Ability to manage and ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver quality service
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
  • Experience with CRM software or customer service tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field
