Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Giza. As part of the Rides App team, you will respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, providing assistance with ride-related services, ensuring customer satisfaction, escalating complex issues as needed, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

- Proficiency in English and strong Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service to assist and manage client inquiries effectively
