Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing assistance, and resolving issues while adhering to professional standards and guidelines. The role also requires maintaining effective communication and contributing to the consistent delivery of excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience processes
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity in Cairo, Egypt
