About the Role
Teleperformance Egypt is hiring motivated, customer-focused English speakers to join our Customer Service and Travel Advisory teams. In this role, you will support customers for global brands, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and deliver a seamless service experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with travel-related questions, bookings, modifications, and service requests
Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the internal system
Collaborate with team leaders to improve service delivery and meet performance KPIs
Handle customer concerns with empathy, clarity, and problem-solving skills
Deliver a positive brand experience for international clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
English proficiency level B1-C1
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to work rotational shifts
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Customer-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to handle fast-paced environments
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
