Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for an English Customer Support (Billing & Sales) professional. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, providing information about products and services, handling sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Team members will also be expected to maintain accurate customer records and demonstrate exceptional communication skills while supporting organizational objectives.

- Proficiency in English Communication and Customer Service with a focus on clarity, patience, and empathy

- Skills in English Teaching and Translation to support diverse customer needs
- Experience in Training to guide and inform customers effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively

- Prior experience with billing, sales, or a related field is an advantag
