Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product and policy knowledge to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: B2 or above English language skills are a must. You should be able to communicate fluently and professionally with US customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or college dropout status.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work from our El-Shiekh Zayed City office.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working night and overnight shifts to align with US business hours.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and a genuine desire to help others.
