Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time English Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team in Qesm El Maadi. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing outstanding customer support by promptly addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving technical concerns through effective communication and troubleshooting. Representatives will engage with customers to deliver timely and accurate information, offering exceptional service in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent assistance and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Proficient Communication skills to effectively communicate and understand customer requirements and concerns.
  • Competence in Troubleshooting to analyze and resolve customer issues with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage tasks with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
