Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Support Specialist (Voice/Non-Voice), based in Cairo, Egypt. The role includes interacting with customers to resolve inquiries, providing support through calls, emails, and chats, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include assisting with customer issues, delivering information about products and services, and accurately resolving and documenting interactions. The role requires effective communication and excellent problem-solving abilities to meet customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong English language skills, including proficiency in English Teaching and Translation
  • Excellent oral and written Communication skills, with a focus on clarity and problem resolution
  • Experience in Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer concerns with professionalism
  • Capability in Training others and developing team skills when required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and a strong commitment to teamwork
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
