Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented English Customer Support Specialist (Voice & Non-Voice) to join our vibrant team at a leading outsourcing company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be crucial in resolving customer inquiries and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to customer requests promptly, providing accurate information and effective solutions to issues.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in the outsourcing/technology sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support ticketing tools is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
