Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to customer requests promptly, providing accurate information and effective solutions to issues.
- Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in the outsourcing/technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support ticketing tools is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
