Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Support Representative (Voice & Chat) based in Cairo, Egypt. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer inquiries through voice and chat support, effectively communicating solutions, providing assistance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Team members are expected to build strong relationships with customers, demonstrate empathy, and maintain clear and professional interactions.
Qualifications
- English language proficiency and skills in English Teaching or Translation
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Experience in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries efficiently
- Skills in Training or coaching to help enhance customer service effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for communication and customer management
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
