Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait City for an English Language Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language lessons, tailoring curriculum to students needs, and evaluating their progress through assessments. Key responsibilities include planning instructional activities, facilitating classroom discussions, mentoring students, and maintaining academic records. Collaboration with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and participate in extracurricular activities to enrich the student learning experience is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies
• Experience in Education and lesson planning
• Strong Writing skills to develop instructional materials and provide feedback
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective learning
• A Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Familiarity with integrating technology into language instruction is an advantage
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students
