Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Recruitment Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and hiring top candidates. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating onboarding and training sessions to meet hiring objectives. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and identifying continuous improvements in recruitment and training processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in hiring, recruiting, and understanding effective recruitment strategies.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• B2 English Level.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility with Overtime (only if needed)

Work Conditions

• 18K Net Salary Including Kpis
• 10 AM to 7 PM fixed shift, Friday & Saturday fixed days off
