English Placement Test Coordinator
Key Responsibilities- Conduct oral placement te sts to accurately assess students English proficiency levels.- Record and update student s test results and scores in the system with accuracy.- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly placement test reports.- Observe ESL classes when required to evaluate students progress and academic needs.- Support the recruitment p rocess by conducting initial technical interviews for ESL instructor candidates when required.- Provide support in coveri ng ESL classes when necessary.- Follow up with prospectiv e students after placement tests to support the enrollment process.- Coordinate with the acade mic and admissions teams to ensure proper student placement and smooth communication. ations & Requirements- Education: Bachelor's deg ree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.- Experience: Previous expe rience in education, language training centers, or academic coordination is preferred.- Language Proficiency: Exc ellent command of spoken and written English.- Communication Skills: Str ong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students and academic staff.- Customer Service: Previou s customer service experience is preferred.- Organizational Skills: Ab ility to manage reports, testing schedules, and student records efficiently.- Adaptability: Ability to support different academic and administrative tasks when required.- Technical Skills: Profici ency in Microsoft Office and student management systems. ll Enjoy With Us- Professional Work Environ ment: A supportive and collaborative academic team.- Career Growth: Opportunit ies to grow within the academic and training departments.- Continuous Development: A ccess to training and professional development programs.- Regular Annual Increases. - Social & Medical Insuranc e.- Positive Learning Culture : Work in an environment focused on education, growth, and student success.Apply via whatsapp number 0 1001227105 and mention your title
