English Second Language Teacher

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Second Language Teacher, based in the Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to non-native speakers, preparing students for English proficiency exams such as IELTS, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The teacher will also assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

• Proficiency in English Teaching with experience in Teaching English as a Foreign Language
• Ability to create well-structured and engaging Lesson Plans
• Familiarity with IELTS preparation and examination processes
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and empathy towards diverse learners
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's or a teaching certification is a plus)
• Experience teaching within the Cambridge or similar international curriculum is an advantage
• Proficiency in integrating digital tools within the teaching process
