English Teacher - Preparatory Stage to join our committed team at
Madinaty Language School. This position offers a comprehensive opportunity for an educator to ignite a passion for English language and literature in students during their formative years.
Job Location:
Madinaty, New Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson plans that adhere to the Egyptian National schools tailored specifically for the Preparatory Stage
- Prefer to have experience at grade 9
- Foster an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enhances language skills through varied instructional methods
- Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely feedback to support learning objectives
- Create a safe and respectful atmosphere where students feel encouraged to express their thoughts and ideas
- Utilize a range of teaching resources and techniques to address diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking
- Engage with parents to provide updates on student progress and promote collaborative participation in the educational journey
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate interdisciplinary approaches and enhance the overall curriculum
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and teaching innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant field
- Experience in teaching English at the Preparatory Stage is required
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with the ability to inspire and engage young learners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues
- Innovative teaching practices that adapt to various learning needs and promote student engagement
- Willingness to engage in professional growth and contribute positively to the school community
