Role Description
We are seeking an English Telecommunication Advisor for a full-time, night-shift position located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide support for telecommunications products and services. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, offering technical assistance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear and professional communication. Working collaboratively within a team, you will strive to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
