Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Telesales Executive, based in Maadi, Cairo. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, building relationships with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our services. The role requires consistent communication with potential and current clients, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The Telesales Executive will also work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and support the overall sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in Lead Generation and a proven ability to identify potential clients
  • Sales expertise, including understanding of sales processes and achieving targets
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
