English Trainer (Trainer of Trainers)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified English Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and demos, ensuring instructors are aligned with teaching standards, methodologies, and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct demo sessions for potential instructors to assess teaching skills and suitability.
  • Deliver training programs for newly hired instructors (onboarding & methodology).
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development for current instructors.
  • Evaluate instructors performance and give structured feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in applying the teaching methodology across branches.
  • Design and update training materials and session plans.
  • Identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with Academic and HR teams for hiring and development decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in teaching or training (preferably in education/English training).
  • Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies (Communicative Approach is a plus).
  • Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
  • Ability to assess performance objectively.
  • Very good to excellent English level (C1 or higher).
  • Certifications like CELTA / DELTA are a strong plus.
