English Trainer (Trainer of Trainers)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified English Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and demos, ensuring instructors are aligned with teaching standards, methodologies, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct demo sessions for potential instructors to assess teaching skills and suitability.
- Deliver training programs for newly hired instructors (onboarding & methodology).
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for current instructors.
- Evaluate instructors performance and give structured feedback.
- Ensure consistency in applying the teaching methodology across branches.
- Design and update training materials and session plans.
- Identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with Academic and HR teams for hiring and development decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in teaching or training (preferably in education/English training).
- Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies (Communicative Approach is a plus).
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
- Ability to assess performance objectively.
- Very good to excellent English level (C1 or higher).
- Certifications like CELTA / DELTA are a strong plus.
