Role Description

We are seeking an English-speaking Travel Advisor with a proficiency level of B1+ for a full-time on-site position in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing customer inquiries, assisting with travel arrangements, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing tailored travel solutions. The selected candidate will contribute to creating a seamless and satisfying customer experience in alignment with Teleperformance's high standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication skills to engage with and understand diverse customer requirements.
  • Experience in the travel industry, including travel arrangements and working with travel agencies.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English at the B1+ level and familiarity with travel-related systems and processes.
